Here's a fun fact: "Maitake" means "dancing mushroom" in Japanese. People are said to have danced with happiness upon finding it in the wild due to its incredible healing properties! It's distinctive overlapping, feathered, hen-like appearance gives this species the nickname “hen-of-the-woods”.
Maitake has been revered for centuries in China and Japan as both a culinary delicacy and a powerful remedy for diabetes and hypertension. Like other Medicinal Mushrooms, it contains complex sugars called beta-glucans which provide a number of health benefits, including immunomodulation*.

How To Use
Shake bottle to mix as mushroom particulates may settle. Take 1 to 2 dropperfuls daily preferably under the tongue for best absorption, or add to coffee, water, soups, smoothies and more.
Each 2oz (60ml) bottle is approximately a 30 or 60 day supply depending on daily use. A dropperful is approximately 15 to 20 drops or 1ml.

The tinctures are working fantastic for me. I am taking Lion’s Mane, Maitake, Reishi and Cordyceps. I am pretty amazed, took them just to try because I was curious and they are really working.
