You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of consumable wellness products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality assurance reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via our contact form so we can make it right.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please request a return (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
