We recommend a daily dose of 1ml per tincture under the tongue or in your favorite beverage - 2x daily. 1ml is clearly marked on the dropper for your convenience.

Our preference is to take 1ml in the morning and 1ml before bed. For best results, we try to take the tincture at the same time every day.

During times when additional support is required, you can add an extra dose during the day.

Remember to shake the bottle to mix, as mushroom particulates may settle. Under the tongue is best for absorption, but you can always add to your favorite beverage.
