How To Use
Shake bottle to mix as mushroom particulates may settle. Take 1 to 2 dropperfuls daily preferably under the tongue for best absorption, or add to coffee, water, soups, smoothies and more.
Each 2oz (60ml) bottle is approximately a 30 or 60 day supply depending on daily use. A dropperful is approximately 15 to 20 drops or 1ml.
