Grabbed the reishi tincture after a recommendation from a friend who was having good results with their lion’s mane. Loving it so far! ALSO Having Celiac Disease— and a severe sensitivity to gluten— I didn’t realize that the big name brand tincture and supplements I was taking used oat/wheat/bran as their substrates. Makes sense why I was still having low level symptoms even after being diligently gluten free for over a decade.
